Sounds silly I know, but I haven't been to Disneyland in 25 years and get to go for one day during a work trip :woohoo: We would like to eat at Blue Bayou for lunch. I know that the reservations have now gone online, but I can't seem to find where they are :confused3 can someone help me get an overpriced Monte cristo??

Dining reservations aren't online. Call Disney Dining at 714-781-DINE. You can make priority seating reservations up to 60 days in advance.

The only way I know how to get an overpriced Monte Cristo is to call 714 781 -3463 Disney dine line :) enjoy yoho yoho

LOL!! They ARE overpriced but oh so yummy!!!! :lmao:

The online reservations are only available at Disneyworld at this point...I haven't heard if they'll be available at Disneyland any time soon.

:lmao: Ok, I feel so much better now! I was sure that I had missed some great announcement on getting ressies and was feeling very clueless. I will call and thanks for the help!!

I called yesterday to make reservations for our September 26-October 1 trip and got every restaurant and time I wanted, including Blue Bayou for dinner. DL is NOTHING like WDW. I called one week late for our trip to WDW/WL last year and did not get most of the restaurants we wanted and those we did get were at odd times.

Here's a tip I learned on here for lunch PS's for BB: Make your PS's for 11:30, the first lunch seating. Show up at the podium to check in at 11:15 and politely ask if you can have a table at the waterside. This almost guarantees you immediate seating at a waterside table. It helps if you can look at a menu ahead of time and decide what you want-- then you will get your food fast before the waitstaff get swamped. This worked fabulous for us!

thanks for all the help, I did get seating for 11:30 at BB, I will totally get there early and request seating water side. Thanks!!

I have never done priority seating. Is there a fee?

The Disneyland Resort offers Priority Seating arrangements to our Guests as a complimentary service. There is no charge for it.

Certain exceptions to this rule apply for Priority Seating arrangements made at Club 33 inside Disneyland Park.

Please note that Priority Seatings are not traditional, guranteed dining reservations. If a Guest has a Priority Seating arrangement, it means that they will be seated ahead of any walk-up Guests waiting.

When calling for priority seating, is it actually 60 days before that you can call or is it two months? As an example, for a seating on October 8th, would I call tomorrow, August 8th (which would be two months prior) -- or would I have to wait until August 9th (which would be exactly 60 days). Or am I being just a bit to OCD about getting the times and places I want?

you are just wanting to get it right. When I asked, others said that it was 60 days, not two months. So, many years after learning it, I have found a use for "Thirty days hath September........"

Sometimes you can call two months ahead.

For June 28 ressie, I called on April 28 (61 days).
For June 29 ressies, I called on April 29 (61 days).
Etc, etc., etc.

Good luck! :goodvibes

I called this past Thursday and got a dinner BB ressie for this Thursday, so don't freak out too much if you don't call the exact day it opens.

Very cool! Thanks guys! For most of the dining options, I am pretty open ended about when and where, but for my DD's birthday, I want to get the BBB and AG times lined up "just so".

If you have free long distance, you can just call them to ask exactly when you can call back. However, I'm sure that even if you call one day late, you'll be fine...
