How do I make a room request?

If we want to make a room request - understanding that it is just that and not guaranteed - how do I do that?

We arrive on May 30th at the CBR - all suggestions say ask for Martinique - I have seen where people have faxed the room coordinators -
what number do we fax to and is it time now or when? Any help would be appreciated.

You can call CRO to have the request added to your reservation or fax them. I'm sure this site has a listing of the hotel phone and fax numbers, but if not there is a link over on Deb's page:

You can always make them when you call in for your initial reservation booking as well - this is generally the best time to make any notes on your reservation.

You can also fax your requests in just before you leave. Read the Faxing Room Preferences page on Deb's website for more information.
