How do I make a payment?

Usually we stay DVC but I'm doing a cash reservation in September the three nights before our cruise. I paid the deposit but I don't know how to make another payment on the room online. Help.

If you log into your My Disney Experience on your computer, there is a Make Payment option next to the reservation.

It's only showing me "start check in" or "change reservation"

As @FindingTheMouse wrote, you have to first log into MyDisneyExperience. Then click on "My Plans" and when your resort reservation is visible, click on more information. That will take you to the screen that details your resort reservation and from there, there is a button that says something like "Make Payment".

If it is a room only reservation, you have to call to make a payment. That may be your problem.

Nope. No balance. But I know we didn't pay it in full.

Ah! It is room only! That's weird I could have sworn I made payments on room only in the past. I'll call Disney later then. Thanks!

You cannot pay a room only reservation online. You will need to call Disney if you want to pay in advance. You can either do it through the automated system or talk to a Cast Member. Only Packages can be paid online. If you don't pay in advance your card will be charged the day you check in for the remaining balance

Is there a similar issue if you use an Agent to book? I only see "Start Check In" or "Change Reservation" too, but we booked a package.
