How do I make a payment online??

Ok I am sure it's obvious and I am missing it, but I can't find where to go on the new website to make a payment on my trip?! I am logged in and have been to My Disney Experience, My reservations and everywhere else but I can't find it!

It was so much easier with the old site...

Any help in pointing me in the right direction is appreciated!!

I never found a way to pay online. I used the automated phone system.

This is how I did it:


I clicked on the custom maps link on top of web page. Then it took me to the old site. After that I clicked reservations or my reservations from the top and it took me to my reservations so then I could make a payment. It was all old website not the new. Hopefully this is clear.

Thanks I will try that! You would think this would be the first thing they would get right, to make sure they got our money as quickly as possible.

I also wanted to make an online payment but couldn't find a way. I called and the CM told me to do it this way. It worked great! Have fun on your trip!

You can also use the chat with a CM feature who will send you a direct link to your reservation page where you can make a payment.

when I logged into my Disney experience-it showed my reservation. At the bottom was the total due and and a link that said 'make a payment' . I just clicked the link and paid it off. No problems at all.

I wish mine had worked like that! I have had to work my way to the old website every time I wanted to make a payment. My disney experience is so iffy. I wish they would get it all worked out. Glad it worked for you though .

Karenklo you are lucky! I had to use the whole "run around" to get to the old site to make a payment, but at least I did find it!!

I had to use my gift cards on the phone with a CM. I don't know if it was because I was within a week of my trip but I didn't have a link even when I followed the directions. The CM entered 17 cards with a smile in her voice LOL
