How do I link reservations made through Expedia to my Disney Experience Account?

So I'm planning a trip Aug 15-21st. I've settled on night 1 at CSR then 5 nights at the Swan. I'm waiting for my passport, so I want to book through expedia because it will be refundable......

You may have to call the hotel to get the correct number to link.. I had to call Dolphin when made reservation through hotwire... The number booking site gives you frequently won't work.
