How do I let Disney know about a great CM?

We had a great time at DL last month, but we ran into a Cast Member who was great! Her name was Sara and she was working the Sunday Night shift at TSM at CA. I was wondering if the was a way to let the bosses know how great she was! My Wife and I would also like to send her a gift; do you think anyone at the park could help?

I am not to sure about gifts.... But, I sent an email to the resort about a few wonderful CMs that we encountered on our last trip. I really enjoy recognizing great CMs.

And, I believe that you can also go to City Hall in DL to give good reports or complaints while you are at the park.

I doubt you could give CMs gifts. I known that outside of servers many seem really hesitant about tips. I've had a couple ask me if I would like them to give it to a charity of my choosing. I think they are trained to not accept tips. The ones in more public areas I had to be more persistant with.

As far as I know they are not allowed to received a tip.

If they work in the hotel I usually just go to the front desk and let them know, for the park I'm guessing city hall would be the place to do it.

My husband tipped a CM who went out of his way to help get us seated at Fantasmic (reserved seating), and he gleefully accepted it. Good to know that, they aren't actually allowed to accept.

it depends on location. Certain CMs have tipping such as sit down resturants.

locations that DONT have tipping are required to deny tip 3 times before accepting the tip.

We have used the three time rule frequently at the resorts - there are some amazing CM's there.
