How do I leave positive feedback for a CM

This past June DW and I enjoyed a Princess Dinner at the Norway Pavilion in Epcot WS. All the CMs were great as always, but one cast member really stuck out. I would like to write an e-mail to his supervisor praising him and his efforts; I just have no idea how to go about doing that. Does anyone have any contact information for such a thing? Any help would be appreciated.
