Hi Everyone!

I need some help from all of the experts on the DIS. I'm going December 3-11, with my DH, DD (19) and DD (17). Because I am a little... is there a nice way to say anal?, We will have many lunch and dinner PS as well as tee times (for DH), tour Reservations for myself and DD (17), DD (19) plans to emulate "bench guy" and just mosey around. Now, what is the best way you guys have found to keep all of the who is supposed to be where, when together so that we'll be able to meet up at meal times? I'd appreciate any help, thanks!

Probably not what you're looking for but what I did on our last trip was I wrote down the place, time and conf. # on a calender as I was making the reservation. A few days later Disney sent an info packet that had a sheet in it to record this info on it so i wrote it on that too. Although if you have several or more than one per day there won't be enough room on either of these.

Go to your local bookstore and reserve the new 2005 Passporter book.
It is great but the new one is not out yet... you could maybe find a 2004 issue. It has pockets for your tickets and folders built in and plenty of places to record your PS #'s and even your room and airline info! :cool1:

I created a chart in word that listed each day with all the information I thought I would need. I kept the master chart in a binder with all my research -- menues, surf lesson info, Richard Petty ride a long, tour plans etc. I then cut and pasted each days info to create a index size card that I could carry with me in the park for each particular day. I also made dailiy copies for each person in our group which was small enough for the guys to fold into their wallets.

here is another vote for Passporter. I write everything in pencil, in case of changes. I am using last years, since 2005 is not available yet. There are pockets for each day. It's Awesome! :flower:

Not sure if this will help. It helped me but I do not have as many PS as you.
try the PS rport here on the site.
http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/pscalc/dispsreport.html

You enter in your dates and it makes a report of your PSs. You print it out (or maybe you can copy and past into Excel or Word) and I added in the times and the confirmation #s for each. Then you could make copies for everyone and give it to them with their itineraries that I'm sure you'vealready made ;) .

also Something that worked for me to keep everything in place is the Magical Gatherings planner from Disney:
http://www.disney.ca/vacations/disneyworld/magical_gathering/index.html
scroll down to the get the free planner. You do not have to add in the Grand Gathering # but I was able to "play" around a lot and build my itinerary. Plus you can email other parties in your group and there is a place to chat online and browse at the same time if you need to discuss something. Plua it had cute TinkerBell theme and she pouts and claps and is great fun.

Go to this site: http://pscalculator.net/allearsnet/pslistae.php

Fill out the dates for PS's you have or are going to make.

Then at the bottom click "Run PS Report"

It will give you a nice printout of the restaurant, date of the PS, and place to write the time of the Ps and the confirmation number. You could make copies for the people in your group. -Steph

If you have an IPAC or PDA, it works great - it's small and holds all the info you need.

I vote for the Passporter..but if you dont..

Simply make a nice iternary in Excel.. I have one you can use.. its great.

You can print them for everyone so they all have the details..

Planning is part of the fun I think! ENJOY IT!!

Here is another option. We use Stu Barton's Vacation Planner to keep track of all our plans. It has spots for PS's, daily activities, lots of spots for notes, and best of all, you can print out each days information on a separate page so you can take it with you.

I LOVE THIS!!!!!!!! Especially if you have 14 PS's like we do!! :crazy2:

I use an excel spread sheet. I have all the park times, parades, fireworks... as well as EMH times listed. There is room for PS as well as all the Airline, hotel and rental car reservation# that I need. It is set up so that about 5 days will fit one page then I just cut them into strips, fold in half and they are about the size of the AP with updates for each day.
I also have my cell phone programed with each PS and an alarm that will go off 1 hour before our seating time to remind me to start heading to our destination. :cheer2:
