how do I get to out hotel?

Sorry more questions!!!
I am now worried as we are arriving with eurostar. Does the eurostar train drop you right outside your hotel or will we have to walk to our hotel?
I can remember reading something on here a while back about paying extra and having somebody take your bags to the hotel for you....
does anybody know what this is called and where I could book it?

Which hotel are you staying at?
All the Disney onsite hotels have free shuttle bus stops right outside the Eurostar station.

We stayed at the Cheyenne and actually walked from the Eurostar station to the hotel. It took about 20 mins. As the Cheyenne is one of the further Disney Hotels, I would say it is feasible to walk to most of them.

The service you're thinking of is called the "Disney Express Luggage Service", I know from a recent report by a DISer that it can definately be booked for the return journey from your Disney hotel, it doesn't apply at the "associated hotels" though.

Did you book package/who with ? Both our Eurostar trips with different operators included the service. If you don't have your park tickets in hand you will have to visit the hotel first anyway to pick them up and the shuttle buses are right outside the station.
