How do I get to IOA without a car??

We really want to go to IOA but we are not renting a car. Is there a cheaper way to get there besides taxi? Thanks.

Mears shuttle charges $12.00 per person, I believe that cost is round trip. A towncar costs aprox $55.00 round trip
