How do I get tickets for 14 days?

Just wondering if anyone can tell me what to do...I'm in charge of planning our family reunion for November. Everyone but my parents are going to be there for a week to 10 days, so no problems with tickets there. But, my parents are going to be there for over 2 weeks and want to spend 14 days at the parks. They just want to do the 4 basic parks, no extras. I know I can't get the uk ultimate tickets, but then what other options are there? Do I buy a ten day and a 4 day? We go every other year, so an annual pass is out. hmmmm....any ideas?

I would seriously look into an annual pass if your going to be in the park for 14 days. With the annual pass your parents could buy a Disney Dining Experience card for $50 and get a 20% discount on all of the food and drinks for up to 10 people at all of the meals. The savings should be substantial. An annual pass, which includes park hopping costs about $440. A 10 day park hopper is about the same price. 10 days seems to be the buy back time for an annual pass, when you add the additional 4 days, get the DDE card etc, it works out best.

While you've got the AP price correct, jackmac, the cost of a 10-day MYW hopper (expiry) is around $267...even less with advance purchase or thru a ticketbroker. That's a lot less than the cost of an AP!

Since the OP needs 14 days of parks, an AP would be the most economical way to go. To buy any other combination of tickets (3-day + 7-day, 5+5, 6+4) would end up costing more than the AP.

The DDE is $60 this year but still a good purchase.

Nope, not all. It can certainly be used for just one trip if it works out that way. Aren't you glad you asked?

I would seriously consider the DDE card if you will be eating a lot of meals on Disney property.

Just remeber that with an AP you can get a discount on up to 3 hotel rooms per ap and you are then also eligible to purchase the DDE card which gives you a 20% discount at all the table service restaurants. ANd if you are going back within a year or next (just plan the trip 1 week ahead of this years trip) then it is def worth it for the AP. I would check the discount out for the disney hotels because that alone can save you a bunch of money. We saved about $800.00 on our hotel room for 10 nights at the WL last Sept and with our DDE card we have saved $100's

Well the Ultimate $14 day pass for UK = $305.00 american and an AP is $415.00... so if you are staying onsite it could definatly be worth it to buy the AP for the room discount alone.

Go with the Annual pass. Besides the extra 4 days, you could come back within the year and not have to worry about tickets

You have to have an AP or you must be a Florida Resident... right now that is the only way to buy one.
