How do I get my free universal meal without going

to the virgin welcome meeting?

We are staying at HRH for the first 3 nights so the meal voucher would come in really handy but how do get it without attending the welcome meeting. We also won't be hiring a car. Are there any Virgin reps at universal hotels?

I had the same problem - we rang the US virgin rep and she said that they were no longer able to give the vouchers at the airport and that we would have to go to the holiday inn on international drive - so we didn't bother!

From what she said you had a choice of meals, but she made it sound as though you couldn't pick from the whole menu - so I thought knowing my luck I'd trapse all the way over to the welcome meeting, pick up a voucher and then order something off of the menu that I had to pay for anyway!!

This year the welcome meeting was at Universal, cannot remember if it was at the Hard Rock, just know it was somewhere close. We didnt bother going as we would rather be in the parks.

its a set menu, we got ait a few years back and ate at hard rock and you had a choice of a couple of each. not bad for free though and sitting in a meeting for an hour.

thats interesting - when were you there? - as in May it was at the Holiday inn international drive - if it had of been at a UO hotel then we'd have gone as we were at HRH!! - never mind

Sounds promising, don't fancy sitting through the meeting might have to make an excuse and ask for them early.
