How do I get from POR to Ft. Wilderness?

I want to try trails End and the camfire and movie activity with the kids. I will have a car, but will take Disey transport if that is more efficient. From what I can tell, you have to drive and then take a bus. Is there an easier way?

No matter how you get to FW, you will need to take an internal bus to get to the campfire.

Not sure when you are going, but one option if MK is still open after the campfire, you could take a bus from POR to MK and boat to FW. Trails end is about 100 yards from where the boat docks. You would need to take an internal bus to get to the campfire. And then retrace your steps to get back.

HOWEVER, since it is only about a three minute ride from POR to the FW parking lot, this would be the quickest way. Pull into the first entrance and park in that lot. It is right next to the bus stop. There are three internal bus routes. You can take any of them to get to Trails End. After you meal take the "Orange" bus to the campfire. Afterwards, you can take the Orange bus to your car.
