When all the tables are full? I'm trying to book us for Cinderella's Tea next month, but the seats are all full. Is this a "can only book in two weeks" kind of thing like when Oga's opened, or do I need to keep trying every hour until we leave?

Is this for tea at the Disneyland Hotel? If so keep checking but that tends to book up very fast upon release.

You need to keep trying. Whenever there is a theme at the tea parties, they are fully booked 60 days in advance. You can keep looking for a cancellation. Some people do get lucky that way. I never have, but if you happen to check right when someone cancels, it will be your lucky day.

It books at 60 days. I booked it at 60 days and still couldn’t get the time I wanted, just picked close enough time.

The tea is really the only reservation on the DL side that’s “competitive” in the WDW sense. Sometimes it books up within like an hour of releasing even when it’s not a special one!

I’ve actually never done it and booked for April 5 on the day they announced the Cinderella tea, but they haven’t announced when the Cinderella one is ending! So I’ll cancel if it ends before then.

I didn't hear about the Cinderella tea til last week when it was announced and then when I tried to book, there was nothing available. I'll just keep trying. I was hoping there was a secret I didn't know about to help me.

Have you tried calling? I have had luck getting in for other reservations required experiences by calling and being nice. Flexibility on time and day helps too. Ymmv.

I have been able to score booked places by keeping close watch. I am a little obsessive when I want it, so I check on my phone when I find I have a minute or two to look during the day, but it has worked for me! Good luck.

You can set up alerts with an online reservation finder to text you when a table becomes available to reserve. We had a lot of success with this method a couple of years ago when Lamplight Lounge had recently opened and reservations were hard to come by for an upcoming trip. We ended up getting all the times we wanted.

I have scored a reservation because of a cancellation before, just keep checking every day. Especially a couple days before, since people will cancel last minute but before the penalty period. I thought it was pretty silly to announce a special-themed tea right when it starts, since even regular teas can sell out at 60 days. Good luck!

I called. She said to keep checking first thing in the morning. Then she said that starting the 28th, Dining hours are changing from 7am-9pm, to 9-5!

We're not really flexible this time around because we arrive Sunday afternoon and leave Friday morning, so we only have a small window if we want to do this event. It's DD1's favourite - Cinderella! - so I'm going to try REALLY hard to make some Disney magic happen for her.

I didn't know about the alerts, so I'll search for that option to see if it's available.
