How do I get a guide?

I bought two resale contracts and don't have a guide. When I decide to add on, who do I talk to? I did talk to someone a year or so ago, but I have no memory of who she was.

You do have a guide - one was assigned to you when you purchased your first resale.

When you want to talk to him/her, just call the sales number and ask.

If you look at the "exciting offer" mail DVC sends you, you can usually find your personal timeshare saleman's name and phone number somewhere.

I purchased one resale from an individual in the UK and never talked to anyone other than the seller and the closing company agent. The other contract was purchased from The Timeshare Store. I'm not clear on who you mean I should call

DVC assigned you a guide when you bought your first contract. Since they don't have any reason to get involved in resales, you wouldn't have spoken with them during that process, but there is someone assigned to you.

Easiest thing to do is call Member Services and ask. They'll pull up your contract info and should be able to see the name of your guide.
