How do I find out if my waitlist came through?

We're at BLT 11/20 - 11/30 and are at a 2BR Lake view on waitlist for a standard view. how do I find out if my standard view came through?

Check the website - if your reservation changed to what you waitlisted, it came through. They also send a new confirmation in the mail.

I went to the web site but couldn't find my reservation... which tab do I look under?

Once you log in it will say "Welcome Home, ________ Family"

Look on the right hand side of the screen under My Membership, where it says, "View Vacation Details". That screen shows all your planned trips and completed trips within the last year.

If your waitlist comes through you will see it there. If you have a trip planned, the dates are the same and you are hoping for an upgrade in view, that view change will show under "Accomodations". I've waitlisted twice for the VCG in the last month and both came through. Right now I'm hoping to get one less than two weeks out, fat chance, but I keep checking the site every few hours!
