How do I find our server?

We had an over the top wonderful experience with our service team on our October 2014 Fantasy cruise. I would like to request the same server, but I can't find what I did with his last name. Is this the appropriate place to ask? Can anyone help?

His name was Alvin and he was from the Philippines. He has 4 kids at home (I think), older kids - with the youngest being a teenager. Mimi from Croatia was the assistant server.

Have you saved the tip sheets receipt? His full name would be on it.

You can call DCL and see if they can help. I had the same situation. I wanted to request our server from the previous Fantasy cruise but couldn't remember or find his name. I called DCL to request and they said they would try to track it down but no promises. We will see what happens.

"Alvin from the Philippines" should be sufficient when you call to request. Last cruise, I only had a first name and home country and it worked fine.
