How do I figure which day is day 90???

I am trying to figure out when the first day that I can make ADR's is and am feeling a bit confused. If this has been explained I sincerely apologize for the repeat question...I looked but couldn't find the answer...maybe I didn't look hard enough.

We arrive on Sept 5th. To figure out my 90 day mark, do I start with our check in date as day 1 and count back 90 days (day 90 would be Monday June 8th) or do I start with the 4th as day 1 and count back 90 days (making Sunday June 7th day 90)? Sunday would be a much better day for me to call due to work but I don't want to call only to find out I am a day early.

Please help me!! TIA

According to http://pscalculator.net/pscalc.php , your ADR date would be June 7th.

sorry for reposting this but I arrive Sept 6th.....CL told me my ADR date was june 9th...so did the PS calculator and then the Dis calculator told me that my ADR date was june 8th??
