how do i do this??

i have a photo on my desktop that i want to add to my post. how do i do it? it is a jpg file and it is about 15kb. is that too big? thanks.

Hi, Regi. What you'll need to do is put it on a website first. Don't be alarmed, it's not hard at all. We have free websites here at the DIS. All of the instructions are included in the DIS websites link in my signature. Look throught it and let us know if you have any more questions.

15K is just fine. It just needs to be under 30K and under 200 pixels in either direction.
