How do I do this??

I am curious I'd like to stay in a place that fits 6 people 3 are kids and prefer BC or BWV. I've never even tried this before always get 2 rooms at POR or at BC. I've read lots of post but I just don't get it LOL So anyway do you get pool privilages? Also how do I find out how many points I need to stay 4-26-5-1-2003 or is ti way too late? Then how do I find out who could rent? sell? them to me. Thanks!!
