How do I do the clip art?

I'm not sure how to do clip art. I've looked and looked and even tried to place them in, but to no avail. Please help me.

then you copy the address to your clipboard, then in you post you put "[ I M G]" then you paste the address and put "[/ I M G]" You do not put the quotes or the spaces. I had to do that to be able to put it in the post.
