How do I do online check in? We check in on Thursday 11/1

We check in on the same day!

I booked directly through WDW and when I log into my account at www.disneyworld.com there is a banner near the top of the screen that says, Save Time - CHeck in Now. I clicked it and was walked through online check-in. Hope this helps.

Once you check in online is there a special line at the resort where you pick up your room key and get resort maps, etc? If you check in online do you have to be at your hotel to get your key by a certain time? I've never had a refillable mug but we have the DxDP this time - do we get our mug at check-in?

At the heck in desk you will see a line for check in AND online check in. Ou would head up to the online check in designated CM/area. They have a folder ready for you with your maps, KTTW cards, etc. When you complete your online check in you will indicate what time you think you will be arriving at.

Your mug credit(s) will be on your KTTW. At your convenience just pop into the food court area of your resort, pick up a mug for each credit, and "purchase" them. You can then beg in filling them up.
