When I need to contact my guide, I just call the 800 # and ask them. They usually transfer me to her.

Call DVC Member Services. They will give you the name of your guide and their phone number. I had to ask who our guide was since it has changed several times and my DVC e-mail newsletter always says my guide is "Disney Vacation Club". The CM gave me her name and number to call, but did not offer to connect me.
