How do I "clear my cookies" on my computer?

A computer novice (that would be me) needs to know how to clear the cookies on the computer!!!

A step by step instruction post would be SOOOOOO appreciated.

Control Panel

Security

Internet Options

Tab to General

You should see Browsing History to delete cookies, saved passwords, etc...

For Explorer 7, all you have to do is, when a web browser is open, go to:

Tools
Delete Browsing History...

This opens a menu of different things you can delete, including cookies.
