how do I change my tickets with southwest

Lower fares have become available since we first booked our flight for April...we do not travel much so feel stupid asking this question, but can I ask them to give me the cheaper fare without cancelling one ticket and buying the other? How do I go about doing this?

you can actually change your air reservation without cancelling....

then they give you credit or some have gotten "refunds on their cc"
