How do I change my email address on here?

When I recently started a new thread on here, I checked the box for notifications, and when I didn’t get any when I got new responses, i realized that I should update my email address, but can’t find where to do this, can someone please direct me?

Go to your name in the upper right and a menu should open. Click on the link for Contact Details.
