How do I change batteries in Disney clock

Back in either 2008 or 2012, I recived a figurine/clock when staying at one of the disney resorts. It features Mickey in various movies - Steamboat Willie, Sorceror, etc. It is entiltled "When Walt's away...". I need to change the batteries and cannot locate the battery. I hae gotten the small clock out of its holder, but that is as far as I have gotten. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I can not figure it out.

You may need to take it to a jeweler, similar to many wrists watched - you need a special tool to open the back.
