How do I cancel dining reservations online?

I have 5 dining reservations that I need to cancel. I know I have done this in the past online, but i have checked both MyDisneyExperience on the computer, MyDisneyExperience on my phone, and my confirmation emails, and I don't see any way to cancel these reservations online. Has this option disappeared?

Can someone tell me how to cancel a reservation online or confirm that it is no longer possible.

Ps. I have BOG, Jiko, Le Cellier, and Citricos reservations to cancel for January 2014, so any help would be appreciated!
 
Are you signed on to your My Disney Experience account?

When you have signed on, click on My Reservations. The dining reservations will be listed. If it's working. Or if you're on the phone app, choose Restaurant Reservations after choosing My Reservations.

On the list, there is a very prominent link right under the confirmation notice that says Cancel Reservation.

If it's just not working for you and won't list your reservations, you'd need to wait until it does work, or call to cancel. It might take awhile for the list to load, too.

Hmm...That's what I thought too, that there used to be a cancellation button. This is what I'm seeing. Can you confirm that you see a cancellation button when you log in? I am not getting one.

It is not a button on the website. It is the words Cancel Reservation in blue (like a link). I see it on each reservation when I call up the list on My Reservations. It is right under the confirmation number at the right of the screen. I am looking at it right now. Can't see attached photos, the computer here won't load them.

If you're on the app, you have to open the individual reservation and down at the bottom there is a button that says "cancel reservation."
 
How bizarre. All I see are blue letters underneath the confirmation number that state "view reservation details". Clicking on that brings up yet another screen with no cancellation options. I guess I may just call. Was just trying to avoid the embarrassment of having to cancel 5 reservations all for the same time slot.
 
that may be why you don't have cancellation options - because you have 5 reservations for the same time slot. They probably want you to HAVE to call and straighten that out.

Hmm...I think you may be onto something. I do see a cancellation option (which appears as a button) on my reservations for other days where I only have one reservation. I hope they don't yell at me! I set up a bunch of reservations for my parents, and as a Christmas present I printed out all the menus so they could decide where to go, so they could have a date night on our upcoming trip.
 
I think there is a glitch in the system - I have one dining reservation that does not show the cancellation option, while all the others do. Of course, that't the one I need to cancel. With mine, I think it may be due to the fact that I had the dining reservation linked to the room reservation, and we then changed our arrival day by one day, so we are checking in the day after the dining reservation is booked for.

I've recently had a similar issue. All my reservations showed the "Cancel Reservation" option on-line. I could cancel many of them, but on one of them when I went to do that, I got a screen that said the reservation could not be canceled on-line (it was for The Wave). Very weird.

At least you can get TO your reservations to cancel :confused3

I log in, pull up the reservations page and get.... nothing. I can link the 'missing' reservation number to MDE, only to be told "The primary guest has already linked the dine reservation to their account".

Umm.... Hello -- I AM the primary Guest, and I made them.
I think I'll be calling, as soon as the holiday madness settles.. <sigh>
 
Ugh. That was painful. The phone call cancellation process is automated. It took 10 minutes of talking to an overly cheery robot to cancel my reservations. But they are cancelled. Not sure why the automated phone system was fine with cancelling them, but the automated website was not nearly as pleased to help me out with the process.
