How do I cancel ADR's that were made on the phone?

I need to cancel a few ADR's... I made these on the phone, and can't seem to find how to cancel them online! And what if I offer them to others on disboards? How can they get transferred to someone else?

just call 407-939-3463 and give them your confermation number. this is the phone for disney dining

To cancel online, go to "My reservations"...over to the right is a box that says:

Don't See All Your Reservations?

Retrieve your reservation by confirmation number

Click on the link. You can enter your Reservation # and the phone number you used to book them. This will bring up the reservation. next to the reservation there should be a "Cancel" button.


As for transferring reservations, Disney no longer allows that....BUT...many DISers use the "Dining Reservation Forum" to notify other DISers of the day and time they will be canceling. Some arrange the cancelation time through PM.

If you'd like to do them yourself online, just log into the Disney website (you will need to create an account if you don't already have one) and go to "my reservations." If your ADR isn't listed, there's a link on the right to search by confirmation number.
If you don't have the confirmation number, call the dining line since they can search by name/phone number.

As for transferring, check out some of the cancel threads in the reservations sub-forum - I don't think WDW allows changing names on ADRs anymore, so the best you can do (other than having someone use your name) is to coordinate so that someone is ready to snap up your ADR as soon as you release it back into the pool.
