How do I call to check for a code?

Okay...here's the sitch...

Hubby and I honeymooned at Disney in 2006. We booked it online while I was living in Australia.

We are now living in the US. If I ring up to check for a code, what will that ask to verify that I am in fact 'me'??

Help!! I'm soooo hoping for a 40% code for August so I can celebrate my birthday AND anniversary back in the world!!

Simply call the # you would to make a reservation. When the CM answers ask them if they would please check if you have a pin or discount code attached to your name ( have them check your hubbies too) . They should confirm your name and address.
Some CMs have been refusing to check. If this happens, hang up and call back to get a different person.
