Funny question, but I usually do solo trips and I am an AP. However, my husband is coming with me this trip and I honestly don't know how to buy him a park ticket? He is on my Friends and Family list but aside from that...not sure how to purchase a ticket for HIM and have it fall under his MDE?

Thank you.

Sounds like he has his own MDE profile is that correct?

If yes just sign in to MDE using his profile name & password, select the Main menu. (3) horizontal lines stacked Icon on the bottom right of all major screens in the MDE app. Then select the My Tickets and Passes. On the next screen select "Select Tickets" to see all the ticket options.

Yes you can do it other ways but this is easiest, and simplest process.

As, stated, you can buy his ticket through his MDE account.
Or, you can buy it from your account. If you do that, your MDE will ask you who the ticket is for, and show you a list of everyone in your F&F list. Just select his icon and the ticket will be connected to his account. It's incredibly easy. (Just did it 2 days ago).

Oh, OK. Thank you all. I've been going to WDW since 1992, and now I go multiple times a year, but sometimes you just can't remember the basics. Thanks again!!!!

Yes, I did it also, but it was about 3-4 weeks ago. And since it was the first time I'd done it, and I wouldn't be going into the park with him (meeting after golf), we were both kind of nervous. But it worked out fine, as did the one several days later.

Even if you somehow goofed it up, calling WDW can fix it. I was linking family passes in Aug and didn’t pay attention to ages in the ticket and linked my 7-yo niece to her mom’s acct. Had to call and have WDW assign it to the correct person.

Even if you assign a ticket to the wrong person, a call isn't usually necessary. While YOU won't be able to resign the ticket, the person to whom you did assign it should have a Reassign Ticket option on their MDE account. They should be able to assign it to the correct person.

I think in our case we had to make a call
Because there was no reassign option but you are correct that there generally is a reassign option. Not clear if we had problems because she bought the tickets through her employer or not🤷‍♀️
