I'm going Memorial Day Weekend and bought my 3-Day Discover Disney ticket just now over the phone and linked the will call confirmation # to the My Disney Experience account. The "My Reservations and Tickets" page shows the tickets I linked, but when I go to "My Planning" it keeps asking me "Have I purchased my park tickets yet?" Yes and they are already linked so why do you keep asking me? It's like I am stuck in a loop. Then I tried going to the FastPass+ page and it gave me the error:

In order to select FastPass+ experiences, party members must have a valid ticket and be within at least one party member's FastPass+ selection window"
I'm within the 30 day window and the ticket expires June 6 anyway, so I just want to know what I need to do to book the FastPass. Is there some place on the website I need to enter my travel date?
I would have just bought at the gate, but I thought if I bought them in advance I could make FastPass+ reservation in advance
