How do I book AKL concierge?

First of all...I am new here and this board seems so great! Full of info! I went to the disney site to see about AKL concierge. Of the choices, it doesn't actually say concierge, so by booking the savannah room (not deluxe), does that mean I will have concierge?

My first trip was 10 years ago. Now I am going with my dh and 2 girls, ages 7 and 11. There is so much I didn't know about until I came to this board. Any tips for first timers? (it's been so long ago and I was only there one day so I call myself a first timer). I have never been to Epcot, Animal Kingdom or MGM Studios...only to Magic Kingdom. We are going 12/25 to 12/31.

You can call 1-407-W-DISNEY

This will connect you with CRO-Central Reservations Office or WDTC-Walt Disney Travel Company.

The concierge levels don't seem to appear online.

They will tell you if there is availability.

Deposit and cancelation policies are different between CRO and WDTC.

You should check out mousesavers.com for more info on all of the above. The site is really good at explaining all of this

No, booking a savannah view room online does not give you the concierge level so just make sure you call CRO or WDTC.

Booking some concierge rooms and suites online through Disney isn't possible, unfortunately you need to call to even get prices.

Give CRO a call at 1-407-934-7639 or you can submit an online pricing request through one of the sponsors of these boards... Dreams Unlimited Travel
