How do I add daughters friend....to our DVC room....and My Disney Experience

My daughter is going to take her friend. That family like us, make frequent trips to Disney and has their own My Disney Experience account. maybe even a season pass.

how do we add the friend to our DVC room reservation so she will have room and pool access?

how do we add her to our My Disney Experience so when I make our fast pass arrangements, she will be part of our group?

Seems like a logistics nightmare, but i can't be the only one who has had to do this.

Call Member Services to add her to your room.

There are a couple of ways to do this.
If she is Disney Savvy, she may have MDE and know how to use it. In this case add her to Friends and Family on your MDE, using the same email address that she uses for her MDE login. She (or someone in her family) will get an email requesting that they let you jointly plan for the vacation. Once they accept, you will be able to make restaurant reservations, fastpasses, order magic bands, etc.

If she does not want to use MDE and control her own Fastpasses, you can just add her to your friends and family with a slightly different name than the one she normally uses, and you will be in complete control of her fast passes, reservations, magic bands, etc.
I have one daughter set up one way, and my other daughter set up the other way.

Very simple - just call or chat with Member Services and they can add her to the room. Then pass along the confirmation number and name it’s booked under and she can link a resort reservation to her MDE. You can also add her to your family and friends list in MDE and you can book fast passes together.

Just be sure to not exceed the room capacity and if you have a dining plan you will need to add her. And if she doesn't have a current Magic band, once she is added, order her one via MDE.
