How Do I add a trip count?

Hi everyone! I am wondering how I go about adding a trip countdown and signature etc. I have looked but am unable to figure it out
Forgive me if this has been asked a thousand times before. I would appreciate any help you can give.

not that i'm an expert but you can click on the banner and it will take you to one of the ticker sites. or try this link. once you creat it you click on the code and the copy it and paste it to your message. there may be an easier way that i'm not aware of though.or try this link http://www.magicalkingdoms.com/timers/

Just one thought, if you want it to show up on every post without putting the code into every post, you'll want to add the image code to your signature, not your message.
