how do i add a personal picture to be displayed

i hope someone can help. I have seen several people that have pictures of thier children on the bottom of the posts. I would like to be able to do this.

Autochick-- The clipart URL that Bob put up is the same one I used to learn how to use clipart-it is really easy to learn and pretty self-explanatory--GOOD LUCK!
