I am wondering how do the Cruise Documents come, I know DCL sends then via Travel Agent if you didnt book directly but how do they actually arrive?
FedEx, in my mailbox, UPS, US Mail???

Wondering... :confused3

mine came regular mail in a box. When you open it its a little travel chest. Very clever packaging. I booked directly with DCL.

Depends on how your agent sends them. Some come UPS, others come via USPS...

Our docs came regular us mail and we booked through All Seas Travel...

i purchased through travelocity and mine came in via UPS on time as promised.

We are on the 02/13 Wonder and booked through Costco. Just talked with them and they have just been sent out via 2-day UPS. I should have them on Thursday.

This keeps coming up and it's a common misconception. It's entirely up to the TA whether they receive your documents first or have them sent directly to the client. Dreams does the latter, and DCL uses UPS. :)

Last summer, I saw a box in the garage and it looked like trash...before I threw it out, I opened it...and...it was my trip documents!! The UPS guy threw it in my garage and it sat there for a few days! How nuts is that?? pirate:

I've used the same travel agent for about 15 years. She always has all documents sent to her, she inspects them to make sure everything is in order, and since we usually book or air fare on our own, she then bundles in the plane tickets. I just stop by her office and pick them up.

Well. thats kind of what promted this question! My UPS guy must have went to the same training program, he has a habit of leaving packages either in the bushes near the door, toss them in the garage, or has been known to bring them to the neighbors!

I dont think its UPS's fault, just my delivery guy!
I'll keep my eyes open!

The last cruise that we took I came home from work and saw a box lying on the porch and low and behold it was our cruise documents. I wonder what would happen if someone comes along and pick them up.

Our are coming directly from DCL-I was told by regular mail?

If they don't reach us in time I'm supposed to pick some up at
the pier.
