Just returned from a great two week stay @ OKW and BWV. Found that I have more points left than I thought...looking to book a quick trip in May 05. What are my chances???

As long as it's not Memorial Day weekend than I would say pretty good, as long as your not picky about where you stay.

My DH and I are doing a kidless weekend May 5-9th and I was able to book yesterday. they said availability was good. We are staying at SSR and it is the first weekend of the new celebration. I am hoping they will announce some special events.

Hope you get the days you want

We love to go in May, we always try to make Epcot's Flower and Garden show. Now, for 2 years in a row, we've gotten into BCV! I can't wait.
Good luck to you!

First, I have to get over the guilt of planning another trip so soon...ok - I'm over it.

Actually, I have 10 Q&C vouchers left from the last trip, annual passes, and thanks to Southwest almost $500 credit towards the cost of the flight! How can I NOT go again??? Also am looking forward to Soarin' & the new stunt show @ MGM.

See you all there! We recently booked a trip in May (5-9) because it was so cold on our Dec trip that we felt jipped. The Flower Festival is wonderful.
Can't wait!!!

I just called Friday and was able to get a BWV studio for 5/27-6/3. I had to waitlist for BW view, but I was just happy to get a room!!!

Good luck!

I just this morning booked a 2 BR at BWV for May 21-May 27. I couldn't get all my days at BCV, but there was plenty of availability at OKW. You should have no problem.

I just called this afternoon and booked a studio at SSR for 5/27 - 5/30, Memorial Day Weekend. I figured that DH and I should have a chance to stay and check it out before we take the kids this summer! So it's a child-free weekend trip for us. Should I feel guilty? Not this time!

I called yesterday (Mon) and got a studio for two nights May 15 16 for my friends that are going to join us for a few days. I could not get BWV Boardwalk view but got BWV water/garden view. And I asked if we could be across the hall from each other. I have BWV Boardwalk view for my trip.
Now just if the time would move a bit faster everyone would be happy.

We just did the "we need to go again now that we have AP's" thing and got a room at POR for 4 days (cash, discount code for 79 a night) and 3 nights at VB (all the points we had left.) We had no problem at all getting in VB (yesterday.) That is another option if you want to use your points, but not do WDW again (or split a trip). I am so excited about it. I think VB is a wonderful wonderful part of DVC. One I was't counting on when I bought in, but I am so glad is there.

Oh to have more points then you thought and be able to take an extra trip. How great would that be. I just borrowed all but 7 of my points from next year. Always a borrower I am. The lady at MS said she liked that kind of a DVCer. It was easier for them. (and didn't have to worry about us complaining about lost points.)

If you want one speical place it might not be as easy, but something will be open.

We will probably be booking for a trip in June, sometime next week. Wish us luck!
