How difficult to book end of Sep?

I am turning the big 4-0 the 3rd weekend in Sep Just got a great Ding fare and with APs was thinking"Why not....." How hard will it be to get anything for that Sa and Su night? We will take anything but woud be happier in a 1 or 2 bedroom. TIA BTW is this F&W time? DH would be soooo happy!

I got reservations for that time frame last year a couple of weeks from the date of the trip so unless you are really set on one resort you should be okay. We were at SSR in a studio and then I was able to change the first three days to OKW in a 1 BR the day before we left. Didn't have enough points to do the whole 6 days that way and wanted to try SSR anyway. F&W starts Sept 29th this year.(the day we fly home) We were there for that weekend last year when I made those changes so you should be fine. Good luck

I think because of all the Free Dining...there is plenty of availbility at the DVC resorts

I just called last week and booked a trip starting Sept. 17th. They had plenty of availability at SSR and OKW, and I had no trouble getting a 1BR at VWL.
