DH has fractured his leg and will need a scooter next week. We have a breakfast adr at Tusker House in the AK. Will that be difficult for him to get food and to maneuver around?
Other than a small island at the one area, it is pretty open of an area. Compared to other buffets, I would say it is more roomier. But the actual seating I found to be a bit "tight".

Yes, the maneuvering at the buffet will be easy. Just make sure when you check in that they give you an "end" table that you can pull up and park the ECV. There is a smaller side room that might be a good fit for you, but they won't make it impossible to get to the buffet.
Of course, it might be best if your DH just takes a tour, then gives his order to someone else to get for him while he stays behind at the table.
