how difficult is it to book 2 grand villas

I guess it would depend upon the resort, and how many GVs are at that resort. I would definitely book at the 11 month window.

Hope you got a lot of points or a big pile of cash. BWV's GV's, seven of them, according to one source that the rack rate for value season is $1485/night all the way to holiday season of $2155/ night.

I do not think there are too many members who have enough points to be able to answer the question from experience. Old advice for any GV was to call daily beginning exactly 11 months out and do so early in the morning. New advice, since you can reserve for 7 nights by calling 11 months in advance of day of arrival, is to call first thing in the morning 11 months out from date of arrival.

Some of us would give the advice to "walk" your reservation. Make the reservation starting a week or so ahead of when you actually want it and then each day call back and add a day while dropping the first day. You have a better chance of getting what you want and not calling on exactly 11 months before your first night only to find out that all villas of the type you want have already been reserved by people arriving earlier than you.
