how did you pack your diapers and wipes?

I had Marge from wegoshop pick these up for us, along w/ sunscreen, coffee and snacks.

I was able to check the Publix ads ahead of time and tell her what to buy that was on sale.

I pack what we need for the first day and night. I order the rest from Garden Grocer and have it delivered the day we arrive. If I can guess correctly I only have a few diapers to bring home with me!
I also get bottled water, packaged snacks, and a couple of bottles of wine. Much cheaper than buying these items at the resort, and so much better than filling the suitcase!
You can make your whole Garden Grocer order online, and it will be waiting for you at Bell Services at your resort when you arrive. Just call and they'll deliver it- or save the tip money and send your husband to go pick it up!:thumbsup2

This is what I will be doing since the airlines are now charging per piece of luggage. A couple years ago travelling with my son I took a large carryon and put his diapers in there but that is all I had with me when I lost my luggage that time. So Garden grocer it is!

4. Favorite-diapers.com

Hadn't thought of that!! That's a great idea. I was avoiding the grocery delivery places b/c I didn't want to pay the delivery fees. I'm flying SW so I'll be packing some snacks & breakfast items in a small suitcase, but didn't want to pack the big things like a weeks worth of diapers/wipes/swim diapers/formula. Putting diapers.com on my list. Thanks!

Add me to the 'packed a whole pack of diapers' crew. I left the diapers & swim diapers in the plastic packaging so they'd stay compressed. I took the wipes in the big plastic refill bag. I packed enough diapers for at least 2 days in my carry-on. The extra space in my suitcase was perfect for souvenirs on the trip home. Since we had a seat purchased for my son, I just used a medium-sized suitcase for him (his tiny clothes only required a small bag) that was 1/2 diapers... ta da! No extra baggage fees and a very light suitcase. ;)

We went when my DD was 4 months old, and like most of the PP's, we packed one whole sleeve of the diapers in a small rolling piece of luggage...
I brought home about 1/3 of the diapers, but I didn't want to chance running out for some ungodly reason.

As it is, I just about ran out of formula! Ack!:scared:

It was great to have a mostly empty suitcase on the way home to stick all of our new stuffed animals & other souvenirs.

We have ordered them from garden grocer, along with the other things we wanted for the week, like yogurt and snacks. THe last trip I split the ones that we needed and layed them in the bottoms of all of the suitcases. At that aged, I figured 7 a day, which was more than enough.

I am shipping them down ahead of time to the resort

This is what I did too. I shipped a HUGE box full of things I knew we wouldn't return home with so I could utilize space in our luggage. I will do this again for our next trip. I shipped right to the resort through UPS so I could see online when my package made it there. It worked out wonderfully.

For the flight I put them in nighttime diapers I have been stuck trying to fully do an outfit change on each child as a baby after leaking in our seats, good times :rotfl2:

Holy cow! I've never thought of this! I've taken my kids all over when they were in diapers...WDW, car trips, etc...and never thought to do this and suffered through the wet clothes change. Thank you! I'll be doing this on our next few trips, including WDW.

I just packed enough to get us to FL. I ordered dipes and wipes from GG along with our food.

Hi everyone,
We leave in 19 days:banana: and I am starting to think about packing. I have a two year old and need to pack diapers, wipes, and swim diapers. I think this is going to take up alot of room in the suit case. Did y'all pack this stuff or ship it??

I shipped a package of diapers, wipes and swim diapers along with baby food and formula down. I also brought down in my carry on 2 3divider formula containers and about 15 diapers and 2 swim diapers .
