How Did You Create Your DIS Name?

My grandaughter Aubriee was my only grandchild at the time I joined the DIS. It's a more unusual name than mine, so I used it, knowing there would not be another Aubriee on here.

When I needed a DIS name to post: it was late, I was tired, and creativity was shot. So, I fell back on one of my regular sign ons. NC because I live in North Carolina, and neighbor because the internet makes us all (almost) as close as next door.

Bob in NC, if you see this, we really are as good as neighbors. I live in Greensboro.

My other passion is clogging, so I am known elsewhere as carolinastomper.
