Yes, it's true. Keep in mind MS doesn't open until 9:00, so it wouldn't be a good idea for fast sellers like Cinderella's breakfast.

One thing to note, MS can make PS's for those restaurants that don't need a credit card guarantee. PS's for any Princess Meal, Fantasmic package or dinner show must be made through WDW-DINE.

When you make a reservation just listen to the phone directory-it really is the same route as making a resort reservation.

I wish I knew that too, I was on hold with PS this morning for 55 minutes to get a PS for Thanksgiving. It also took about 8 tries to just get through, kept getting a recording saying "all circuits are busy, try your call again later".
Anyone else have this problem today?

I don't normally call MS for PS ressies... but today was an exception. I heard there was up to a 3hr hold time on the DD line. I got through to MS without any delay.

I ususally don't use MS either. I use the 800 # to Disney for dining because I like to make the PS before 9:00 A.M. But after being on hold yesterday for 2 hours (it turned into a quest. I called early and was on hold and wanted to see how long it lasted), I used MS today and got right through. Only thing is it spoiled me for tomorrow when I can't use MS.
