Happy Easter to all! I'm just back from my parents' house and feel SO sick. I have been doing Atkins since January and have really stuck to the program (except for the occasional Atkins bar or Atkins ice cream). Well, my mom made ham (with brown sugar!), mashed potatoes, squash (just for me, but made with brown sugar!), broccolli (with margarine!), rolls, and chocolate cake. I had just a little of everything, except rolls, BUT including a small piece of cake!!! My body is definately on a sugar load right now! I am feeling so "out of it". Anything I can do to make myself feel better or do I just need to ride it out? I am hypoglycemic as well, and am deathly afraid that my blood sugar levels are going to crash any minute now and I am going to need to BINGE! Used to happen ALL the time pre-Atkins, but I've been so good, I haven't had to deal with any sugar reactions in almost 4 months!
Any advice??

Happy Easter!
Oh - and the candy around here isn't helping things.....

Ham might be OK but, it's got the salt.
My DH and DD's have soooo much chocolate and candy it's unbelievable!
I think that will be around for quite a while yet.
They were my Easter treat!
Weigh in is this afternoon, so I will soon see whether yesterday did any damage.
