How crowded will the parks be on Halloween week?

Add us to the club :cool1: We are leaving in a week to spend a few days in Orlando to do Sea World, etc. then check in at POFQ on the 28th. I am SO excited.

We have gone during this same week before and the crowds were very manageable. The Halloween party isn't scary at all, except for maybe the headless horseman. On our last trip the kids in our group were 1, 3, 5, and 7 and they loved the party. It's great for all ages. Hope you have a great trip!

I am also checking into POFQ on the 28th. We will be there October 28 - November 5 tomorrow starts the single digit dance.

And yet another family to be added to the Oct 28th - Nov 5th group. Staying at Carribbean Beach. However on the 5th we head to the port for 4 day disney cruise to finish it off. Tickets in hand for the Oct 31 MNSSHP.

Lots of excitement happening here ...

We were there last year from the 27th until about the 3rd of November due to power outages in our area from the hurricane, so it was unplanned trip. During the weekend it was a little crazy due to all of us South Floridians escaping from the havoc but by Monday it really simmered down and we stayed most of the week. It was really surprisingly quiet the rest of the week considering it was Halloween. MNSSHP was sold out the last few nights but that's probably where all the crowds were? :confused3 F&W was empty during the week, it was great!

Actually we had a real fun Halloween as I brought dd's costume with us. We were staying at the Dolphin and the BW had a fun little halloween party (FREE). They had 4 or 5 "trick or treat" candy stations around the BW area and a DJ in the courtyard area with craft activities, cooking decorating (and they were yummy cookies!) and some Disney characters were there posing for pictures. I remember Mickey and Donald in their costumes. Not scarey at all, my dd is a big chicken when it comes to "scarey", so I can totally relate. It was a really fun time.

Count us in too for Oct 28th - Nov 5th at SSR. HHN 10/29 and MNSSHP 10/30. We've gone this week in 2000 and 2003 and crowds were very manageble then and much cooler than our Columbus Week 2005 trip.

Don't you love it when you hit the single digits :yay: Looks like there will be quite a few DISers at POFQ that week. I talked to our travel agent today and she requested either building 4 or 5 for us.
