How busy will the parks be the second week of March? Should I make dining reservations, or will I be okay winging it? Should I take advantage of the Extra Magic Hours?

I think that you should always take advantage of the extra magic hours, when possible!
Think of the photo opportunites you can get in am emptier park than usual!
