How crowded is Presidents week?

We will be in WDW for Presidents week and wondering just how crowded it will be. We have been at Christmas before and found it to be very crowded. Is presidents week similar to christmas week? I've heard comments that it is managible to unbearable! How bad is it? TIA

Nothing is as crowded as Christmas week!

President's Day week will be very crowded on the weekend prior to Prez Day, and on Prez Day itself, but it won't approach Christmas Week levels. If you've made it through Christmas Week, just use those same strategies. It won't be as crowded, but you will need all the same time-saving things (fastpass, PSs, etc).

last year, the Thursday and Friday before President's Day were great. no lines at all for space mountain. jump right on. Saturday, Sunday and President's Day the parks were PACKED and all fastpasses were gone by noon.

We were there over President's Day this year. Went to AK, MGM, & MK all on Sunday prior and they were a little crowded but managable. Avoided the parks on Monday and did some off-site stuff. Park hopped the rest of the week, and thought it was not bad at all. If you go into the week with a plan and utilize Fastpass alot, you shouldn't have much trouble. Also, be there for opening EVERY day. If you are going to do a character meal such as CRT or CP, try for an early morning PS (like 8:00 a.m.) and you can do tons of stuff after breakfast while everyone else is pushing through the turnstyles.

As far as weather, it varies. The afternoons were warm, but as you can see from the picture in my post, there were some cool mornings and evenings! I would definitely take some sweatshirts, jeans, and light jackets.
