I love it! I wonder who will buy it. The asking price seems reasonable, and it seems to be a decent size. Of course I'd be afraid to live in it and mess it up!

I love it! I think the price is totally reasonable, but maybe I am just comparing prices in my area vs Utah...

I think it's a bit cheeky to charge $8 a ticket, but I would totally pay it

400K doesn't seem aweful. I'm sure if I was building this for myself it would cost me a lot more. It would be a fun vacation home, I'd want mine located in Anaheim or Kissmmee not anywhere in Utah.

$400,000 is a LOT to pay for a 2,800 sq. ft. home in Utah. I suspect this house is going to sit awhile.

Where I live I could sell my 1500 ft house for almost that. A few years ago, I would have gotten at least that.

Not buying it..cuz recently our house prices went down and that is pricey. (Our pay doesn't equal home prices!) For a while there that was cheap here! Anyway..I do like that they're not trying to make tons of money off of it.
