....when I go to bed hungry, I don't wake up hungry? I always thought that was kinda weird. :) I ate an early and small dinner last night (5pm) and stayed up very late reading my book. Around midnight, I started to get hungry, by 1am I was ravenous but didn't feel like eating, so I didn't. (good book, plus I was cozy in my bed!) So I woke up this morning, and I'm fine. Weird, huh?

I don't why it works like that but it happens to me too. If I can avoid eating late at night, I'm never hungry in the morning.

I think that in my case, my late night "hunger" is mouth hunger instead of tummy hunger. In other words, I'm not really "hungry".

Same with me. If I eat late at night before I go to bed, I am literally STARVING in the morning. If not, I am not hungry at all and usually can even hold off until I get home at 2:30 to eat\

Also, if I eat breakfast in the morning (normally I don't)....I am just starving all day!
